I recently stayed at a hotel in Jember and I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was. the location was very convenient as it was right in the center of the city. This made it easy to explore and enjoy all that Jember has to offer. Additionally, the hotel was near Papuma beach, which was a beautiful spot to visit.
Everything was ok.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area, with easy access to transportation. the rooms are clean and comfortable and are well-appointed with modern amenities. the bathrooms are impeccably clean. the breakfast offers a good selection of local food and eggs are prepared to order. the staff is friendly and genuinely helpful, providing assistance with taxi arrangements and train tickets.
The restaurant could be improved as the quality of the food was inconsistent and some dishes were disappointing.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and had a great experience. the staff was amazing: friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities needed, including a great view from the balcony and fast wifi. the pool area was perfect for a relaxing afternoon after exploring the nearby attractions, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. the hotel was located near the beach and a shopping district, so everything was within walking distance.
That some areas of the hotel looked a bit outdated, especially the lobby and some common areas. the gym could have been bigger and with better equipment, but it was enough for a quick workout.

The hotel's location is very convenient, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. , the rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. Another advantage was the free breakfast that was offered daily.
The staff was not very helpful and their language skills were limited, which made it difficult to communicate. the facilities were outdated and in need of maintenance.
